HW3: Survey Cover Letter

Dear Respondent,



I am a student in the SoAB (School of Accountancy and Business) Department at Asia Pacific College. I am conducting a research study entitled Filipinos are prone to Gambling Addiction. The purpose of this study is to know the different reasons why filipinos are prone to gambling compare to other nationality.

Your participation will involve answering survey questions and should take only about 3-5 minutes. Your involvement in the study is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate or to stop at anytime. The results of the research study may be published, but your name will not be used. Your identity will not be associated with your responses an any published format.

The findings from this project will provide information on the given topic and it will not cost to you other than the time it takes for the survey.
